CUSTOMER SERVICE

Office Hours, Installations and Service Calls are scheduled:          

  Monday - Thursday   8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

  Friday - 8:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

  Saturday - Office closed.

On Saturday, our service technician will check messages and return calls made to our office between the hours of 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m. If a service call is necessary it will be scheduled for Monday morning.

   Sunday - Office closed.

Calls made to the office on Sunday will be returned Monday morning after 8:30 a.m.

***To receive a call back you must include your name, phone number and a brief message on our answering service.

I am a co-owner of the company, office manager, customer service rep, billing manager, head janitor and groundskeeper. I'm Justin. I am the Network Operations Manager for Wireless Hometown. It's my job to maintain and insure our system runs as efficiently as possible. I'm Judy. I am a co-owner of Wireless Hometown and also handle the financials for the company. I live in northeast Alabama and come to the office twice each week. Due to the world wide web I can also work from home. Plus, I am a part-time employee at the public library in my hometown. No grass grows under my feet. Actually, Bill and Ray are the Wireless Hometown Guys. They worked with engineers out of Dallas, Texas to bring Wireless Hometown, LLC to Troup County. They had a vision and a desire to provide high-speed Internet to people that live in the rural areas surrounding LaGrange - and they did. Technology is constantly changing so Bill and Ray continue to work on new ideas to provide quality Internet service to our customers and to expand our coverage area.
